This presents a significant exposure to endanger the building. All outdoor grills should not be permitted to be stored or used on any patio/balcony area and should only be used no less than 10 feet away from the building”.

  • Traffic and Parking Reminder

    Published: June 29, 2020

As we are building more homes in the community, traffic and parking issues will continue to increase and cause problems. According to the City, vehicles are required to leave at least 10 feet of clearance on all streets to allow for emergency vehicles to get through. If you must park on the street, please be aware of cars on the opposite side and try to “stagger” where you are parking, also park as close to the curb as possible. There are also visitor parking areas on either side of the community near the mailboxes. It is also dangerous for vehicles to park too close to intersection corners. Vehicles coming too fast around a corner can damage your vehicle as well as their own. Click Full Story for more information.

  • Fitness Center Opening Update

    Published: May 20, 2020

After consulting with our attorney, we have made the difficult decision not to open the Fitness Center, at this time, for the following reasons: •There is no way to have someone available during all the hours of operation, no matter how few, to make sure the machines are sanitized after each use, per the Governor’s rules for opening gyms. • The Fitness Center is full of porous surfaces – floor padding, seats, etc. • The Fitness Center is indoors vs the pool being outdoors. • Emergency After Hours Answering Service

    Published: May 14, 2020

We now have an answering service that will take calls after hours. This number should be used by homeowners for EMERGENCIES ONLY. The # is 972-382-6509. If you call about your balance, violation notice or any other matter that is not an EMERGENCY, you will be asked to call back during normal business hours. If the call is a true EMERGENCY, like the pool is overflowing, etc., the rep will make note of the caller’s name, address, call back number, HOA in which you reside and what the call is about. Once this information is captured, the manager will receive a text from the answering service with this information. Once the manager receives the text, the homeowner will be called back and action will taken to resolve the emergency. For general calls that are not emergencies, please continue to call 469 900-8675 and leave a message, and your call will be returned during normal business hours.
