We have several things to make you aware of today.

• The swimming pool is now opened to 50% capacity, which means there may be up to 26 people in the pool/pool area at one time. Please remember that until we can re-open at 100%, the pool is for Homeowners only – no guests are allowed.

• We have gotten word that a couple of Homeowners have found termites. You might want to get your home inspected by a licensed exterminator if you have not done so in a while. All pest control is the responsibility of the Homeowner.

• We still have a few residents who continue to leave their trash cans out past the 48-hour period after pickup. Please place your trash cans, and any other trash or bulk items that may not be picked up, back inside your garage after trash pickup on Tuesdays.

• If you have a problem or concern, please submit it through our website, www.shopsatprestonwoodhoa.com, rather than just sending an email to the office. By sending through the website, we not only have a permanent record of it, but it can also go straight to our contractors.

• After the January break-in and vandalism, we have had some problems with our key fob system. If your fob is not working, please contact the office with your fob #. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
