Office Reopening

The Shops at Prestonwood HOA office will be reopening on Monday, June 1. The hours will be the same as before, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

The Amenity Center will remain closed, for the time being. If you want to come by, you will need to call me at 469 900-8675 ahead of time to make sure I am there, or so I will know you are coming and can open the door for you. Once you are inside, you will need to continue the “6 foot social distancing”, so please stand no closer than the large desk in the foyer, which is a little over 6 ft. from the office door.

If you have a problem or concern, it needs to be submitted through the website, under “Report a Concern”, so we will have a record of it. It will also go directly to the contract company that handles your particular concern.

At this time, I will not be accepting any checks for HOA dues. You will need to mail to the address on your coupon book or to the management office at 8668 John Hickman Pkwy, Suite 801, Frisco, TX 75034. You can also pay online; go to our website: www.shopsatprestonwoodhoa.com under the “About Us” tab, and you will see a place to “Pay Your HOA Dues Online”. If you pay by “echeck”, you will not be charged a fee.
