  • Required Annual Sprinkler Inspection

    All homeowners are required to have an annual inspection on your interior sprinkler system. The City of Carrollton sends notices, but, if for some reason, you do not receive your notice, you are still required to have the annual inspection done. You must use a certified back-flow test company approved and registered by the City of Carrollton. We have attached the list of certified companies for your convenience.

  • Vehicle Vandalism

    We have received a couple of reports of vandalized pickups in the Shops of Prestonwood community last night, or early this morning. The thieves removed the tail lights off the trucks by lowering the tailgate to reach the light socket. So far, the ones we know about were on Haskell St. If you live on Haskell, and have a camera system, Ring doorbell, etc. Please check to see if you have anything captured that might help the police with this crime.

  • New Accounting System

    The new coupon booklets were mailed to each homeowner on Saturday, Feb. 26; you should be getting them within a week – 10 days, as long as your mailing address is correct in our system. As stated in our email 2 weeks ago, we will not be charging late fees for the month of March, due to the system switchover delays. Click Full Story for more information.

  • Community Updates

    There have been sightings of bobcats around the community, so make sure your pets are on a leash, when outside, and keep an eye on your small children, if they are playing outside. Bobcats have been in this area much longer than we have; they come around the creek and wooded area, because it is their natural habitat. Click Full Story for more information.
