Effective June 1, we will no longer be accepting monthly assessment checks at the HOA office. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but it is for security purposes. You will need to pay online, set up payments with your bank, or mail to:

Make sure your address and new account # is on the check.

If you would like to make a payment online, please go to www.lswpm.cincwebaxis.com . If this is your first visit to the portal, you will need to register. To register click on the “Sign In” button at the upper right corner of the window, then click “Create Account” at the bottom right. Once your registration request is reviewed and validated by Legacy, you will receive an email with a link to set your password.
