    The HOA Board would like to present a recap of the financial condition of Shops at Prestonwood HOA. The January 1, 2018 operating account started the year with only $15,512 in the bank. The reserve account was only at $49,316. 116 new homes were budgeted to close in 2018. Only approximately 35 homes were built and closed. The Declarant agreed to pay for repairs to the amenity center, the painting of 17 homes and the rock and stone repair to 20 homes to assist the HOA with expenses.   • Insurance Presentation

    During the January 15, 2019, HOA meeting there was a presentation regarding the importance of having the proper homeowner insurance. This is a recap of the topics discussed. It is very important for every homeowner to consult with their insurance agent while selecting the coverage that is appropriate for their personal situation. The HOA presentation was designed to assist with that discussion.

  • Amenity Center, Fitness Room and Pool Access

    Effective February 1, 2019 anyone with a past due assessment balance of 30 days or more will have their “key fob” disabled which will deny access to the above listed amenities until paid in full.
