Effective February 1, 2019 anyone with a past due assessment balance of 30 days or more will have their “key fob” disabled which will deny access to the above listed amenities until paid in full.

HOA assessment dues are payable on the 1st of each month and late after the 20th, at which time you will be charged a $25 late fee.

As of January 1, 2019, residents living in the “Villa” townhomes (rear entry garage) pay $253, and residents living in the “Manor” townhomes (front entry garage) pay $308.
