Important Storm Damage Updates

We hope this message finds you safe and well. As you are aware, a severe storm swept through our community on Monday evening, causing significant damage. We want to keep you informed about our efforts to address the aftermath and work with our vendors to restore normalcy.

Here are the updates:

1. Landscaping Crews:

o The landscapers have been diligently working to remove fallen trees and limbs. While progress has been made, they are still on-site addressing the damage.
o Important Note: Please exercise caution around the park bridge area, as there is a downed tree infested with bees. We are actively seeking professional assistance to safely remove the bees.
2. Maze Roofing and Construction:

o Maze Roofing and Construction will be on-site today to place tarps where needed. These temporary measures will prevent further damage until we can address individual leaks for each homeowner.
o If you have reported a leak, rest assured that we are prioritizing these requests. Please refrain from resending repair requests for the same items to expedite our response time.
