Property Manager Leaving

Carol Ackerman, our HOA property manager, has notified us of her intention to resign effective September 6th. We are sad to see Carol leave us. The HOA Board wants to thank Carol for the time she spent with us improving our community.

Please stop by the amenity center to say goodbye to Carol and thank her for the work she has done for us.

We are in the process of looking for a replacement for Carol. We will make every effort to respond to emergencies during that time.

We ask that you continue to report any HOA issues using the “Report a Concern” section on the HOA web page. This reduces the chance of emails and voice messages left at the amenity center getting lost during the transition period.
